[Seoul Economic TV = Reporter Lee Ji-young] Best Tech Inc. announced on the 15th that it has completed a comprehensive partnership with Taiwan-based semiconductor and precision equipment manufacturer NaSciTech Inc. for domestic market supply and technical support.

Building on its existing domestic distributor agreement with NaSciTech, through which it secured the local distribution network for the flagship product “SMS-1000,” Best Tech further strengthened the partnership by finalizing a Technical Support Agreement in August.

Under this agreement, Best Tech will hold official sales authorization valid through the end of 2026, and will also formally assume responsibility for providing technical support to domestic customers.

Accordingly, Best Tech will directly handle services for SMS-1000 units supplied in Korea, including on-site installation and commissioning, hardware maintenance and repair, software updates, and customer technical training.

CEO Woo-seung Seo of Best Tech stated, “With this technical support agreement, we have moved beyond simple distribution to establish our position as a professional partner officially recognized by the manufacturer for its technical expertise,” adding, “We will provide differentiated services to domestic customers through a rapid technical response system.”

Best Tech has demonstrated its technological competitiveness and execution capability through achievements such as the Prime Minister’s Commendation for Management Innovation at K-INNO SHOW 2025, the UNESCO-ICHEI IIOE Pioneer Award 2025 (for smart classroom operation innovation), investment secured at a KRW 40 billion valuation (from ZerotoOne Partners and the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency), and selection for the Gangwon Defense Venture Center development funding support program.
